Hello Barracuda Families!

Below are some final pre-season reminders before we see you at the pool next week! Please mark your calendars for the following dates:

Important Date #1: Friday, May 1st

• Tomorrow is the last day of our Go Do Good Campaign! Click HERE to learn more and send in your donations.
• Non-meet volunteering options will open at 8am!
  • To find available roles, click HERE (before you click, see below for more details)
  • On the calendar on the right side bar you will see that some events will have a volunteer button open. These events include: Pre-Season Volunteer Roles, Swim Team Photos, Mock Meet, every session of Lil Cudas, and the Barracuda Banquet.
  • More volunteer roles will open throughout the season.
  • Please review volunteer role descriptions HERE. A gentle reminder that families are required to volunteer at least twice during the season; families who do not meet this volunteer obligation will be invoiced $75 at the end of the season.

Important Date #2: Monday, May 4th

• Our 2026 season officially begins! Make sure you “meet” our amazing coaches HERE before the first day!
• Review the practice schedule HERE.
• If practice is cancelled due to weather, you will receive an email from our coaches. No news is good news!

Important Date #3: Saturday, May 9th

• Stroke Clinics begin! Stroke Clinics are optional, pay-to-attend practices that are dedicated to working on a specific swimming skill. Space is limited and you must sign up to attend! Each session is $15 and payment can be made to Coach Andrew, via cash or Venmo, at the start of each session. If you sign up and are no longer able to attend, please remove yourself from the sign up to open a spot for another swimmer.

Important Date #4: Wednesday, May 13th

• No regular practice
• Swim Team Photos:
  • Individual/Sibling photos: 4 - 5pm
  • Team Photo: 5pm (all swimmers should arrive in their team suit by 4:45pm)
• Mock Meet: 6 - 7:30pm; you must RSVP by Friday, 5/8, for your swimmer to participate!
• NEW THIS YEAR:
  • Families can pre-purchase taco boxes from Moe’s Southwest Grill to enjoy at the pool! Boxes will be available for pick up at 5pm. Click HERE for more details and to place your order.
  • We will also have Tikiz Shaved Ice at all home meets. Click HERE to see their offerings!
