Tomorrow is our first home meet of the season! See below for details:

• Upcoming Meet: Twin Lakes Bolts @ BWBC on Tuesday, 5/26/26

  • Arrival Time: 4:30pm
  • Barracuda Warm Ups: 4:45 - 5:15 pm (6&U do not warm up so can arrive at 5:30pm)

    • Map: Please review the attached map and read below for parking and seating info.
    • Parking: Our parking lot is reserved for the visiting team. We encourage those who are able to walk, bike, or carpool. You may drop off your swimmer(s) and then park along the streets near BWBC. Please only park along the side of Morris Landers closest to BWBC to ensure enough clearance for EMS.
    • Seating: One of our biggest challenges is that we take up a lot of space. However, as good hosts, it is our responsibility to ensure that our visitors have ample seating. Please see the attached map for seating.
    • Visitors: Swimmers stay in the pavilion. Parents will sit opposite the clubhouse (along the woods).
    • Barracudas: Swimmers stay in bullpens near the deep end and should check in with the bullpen volunteer as soon as they arrive. Parents may sit along the clubhouse side of the pool and between the end of the pool and baby pool. This year we are also opening up the clubhouse deck for spectators as we are trying our computers in a new location. Please be mindful of how much space your family is taking up to allow room for everyone.
    • Swimmer Events: Please review the attached Heat Sheet and Meet Entry List to see what your swimmer(s) will be racing. Use #5 to help you label your child’s arm before arriving at the pool.
• Volunteering:
  • Check in at the Volunteer Table, located near the snack bar. Listen for announcements during the meet if you are a second half volunteer.
  • We are still in need of volunteers! If we do not fulfill ASA-required volunteer roles we are forced to forfeit the meet. Please sign up here.
• Concessions:
  • Tikiz Shaved Ice: We are thrilled to have Tikiz serving treats from their truck in the parking lot!
  • Concession Stand: Located in the Clubhouse, we’ll have pizza, chips, candy, and drinks. To access the concession stand, exit the pool gates and enter through the parking lot main entrance. You cannot access the clubhouse from the pool deck stairs as those clubhouse doors will remain locked.
  • Concessions accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Credit/Debit
• Weather: We know the forecast doesn’t look great. We swim unless there is heavy rain and/or thunder and lightning. Coaches have agreed that if we are not able to start the meet by 6:45pm, the meet will be cancelled. Coaches will monitor the weather closely and will always share meet delay/cancellation updates as soon as we have them. No news is good news! In case of severe weather during the meet, we will convene in the clubhouse.
